What does the seventh commandment teach us?

But is it enough that we do not kill any man in the manner mentioned above?

What is required in the third commandment?

But may not images be tolerated in the churches, as books to the laity?

Are images then not at all to be made?

Do Christians despise and persecute homosexuals?
A whole group of good students got classified as intolerant because of their Christian convictions. I am not sure whether 16-year old people are able to defend Christian faith well enough to make themselves perfectly understood. I hope they can. But I think it is necessary to point out some aspects of our beliefs that may be perceived in a certain way and that should not be perceived as hate, despise, bullying.
Let me be blunt: we believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, is God-breathed, "theopneustos", and completely infallible in the matters of faith. This Bible teaches us that people are sinners, and therefore commit sins. We all do, without exception, and the only Man who was sinless was Lord Jesus, God incarnate. Every sin is a law breaker and separates us from God. Sin of theft, sin of lying, sin of covetousness, sin of adultery, sin of idolatry, sin of homosexuality. Every sin has to be paid for, and the only payment is death. By no means do we treat homosexuality as somehow special in the register of sins. For every sin there is a punishment. Every sinner will pay. Unless...
Unless a sinner trusts in Jesus and His forensic payment for our sins, unless the sinner repents from his ways and becomes the follower of Jesus, it will be the sinner who is going to pay. A thief, a liar, an adulterer, a homosexual. What we, Christians, want more than anything, is for the sinners to repent and run to the cross. We are compelled to loving all people, because of the love God showed us while we were yet lost sinners.
We love sinners, we are sinners too, but we are the forgiven ones, and desire all people to beg God for forgiveness. But love does not mean shutting our eyes to sin and calling it good. Sin is evil, and it has to be said. Therefore we do say it. We say it out of love, though, and NOT out of hate. This is the huge difference.
What is idolatry?

1st commandment: Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Of how many parts does the true conversion of man consist?

Are they also to be admitted to this supper, who, by confession and life, declare themselves unbelieving and ungodly?

For whom is the Lord's supper instituted?
(a) 1 Cor.10:19 What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing? 1 Cor.10:20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. 1 Cor.10:21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils. 1 Cor.10:22 Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he? 1 Cor.11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 1 Cor.11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.

What difference is there between the Lord's supper and the popish mass?
(a) Heb.7:27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. Heb.9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. Heb.9:25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; Heb.9:26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. Heb.9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Heb.9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Heb.10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Heb.10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, Heb.10:27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Heb.10:28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Heb.10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? Heb.10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. Heb.10:31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
