Can you hear Him say

Can you hear Him say:

You call Me Master and obey Me not
°°°
you call Me Light and see Me not
°°°
you call Me the Way and walk Me not
°°°
you call Me Life and live Me not
°°°
you call Me Wise and follow Me not
°°°
you call Me Fair and love Me not
°°°
you call Me Rich and ask Me not
°°°
you call Me Eternal and seek Me not
°°°
if I condemn you - blame Me not

Advent time. And a clash between the history of the country and the contemporary situation. Historically, Sweden is Lutheran, Christian and believing. Contemporary Sweden is quite a different story altogether. Secularized, feminist, socially secure, rich in nationalities of various kinds of refugees and immigrants. I am one of them. We bring in our own values and our culture, and not the least, our religions.
Now, in Sweden it is important to respect the tradition of the church year. So even the secularized schools observe Advent by taking the children to a local church, to listen to a priest, to learn about Christmas. But lately this curriculum item has become extremely controversial. In the name of religious freedom it is no longer so obvious that you should name God during the Advent time.
Do not offend Muslims. Do not offend JWs. Do not offend atheists. What is allowed? Santa Claus, presents, songs taken from Hollywood, but no Christ, no Jesus, no Nativity. And the solution? Parents should see to it at home that their children get educated about God.
Thank you very much! Great! But why do you indoctrinate my child with Santa Claus for my tax money? Why can't I take his education in my own hands and be his teacher at home 100%? I think this is pure and simply - hypocrisy.
Fine traditions of cakes, presents and songs. Why do we celebrate Christmas? For the tree? For the ham? For the presents? Why bother?
"Some time ago there were some crazy people who did not know better and believed that there was a God who created everything. And He had a son, born on Earth, and this son was a baby, and He was born at Christmas time.
And because it is so cozy and fuzzy to have Christmas, please people, do celebrate it, no matter why. Just be happy."
Well, that is exactly what the school system is teaching my son...

your life condemns you - blame Me not
Joh 1:1-10
(1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
(2) He was in the beginning with God.
(3) All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.
(4) In him was life, and the life was the light of men.
(5) The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
(6) There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
(7) He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him.
(8) He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.
(9) The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world.
(10) He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him.
